It was a dream come true to put this all together. I contacted Allissa a few months back because I was interested in doing a styled shoot. I had recently found her event design company and was instantly drawn to her style. Allissa’s vision fit with mine so well and I knew she was the person I would want to work with. So I proposed an idea, and then she had a bunch more ideas, and together – along with the other vendors listed below – created this styled shoot. And a big shout out to our models Sean and Zoe! Their enthusiasm for this project and crazy good modeling skills made it come together. We are very lucky to have had their pretty faces for this eclectic, COLORFUL, romantic shoot.
I’m going to use Allissa’s description to explain this shoot.
Our inspiration shoot tells the story of a couple in love celebrating their recent elopement. While strolling through a park, they wander up to a festival and stop to enjoy some of the local fare. Honoring tradition, they celebrate their nuptials with the “cutting of the pie” over a dreamy picnic setting. Enjoying the nature-filled wonderland, they find beauty romance in every moment – from the adorable food truck and quaint bistro set-up to the wildflower backdrop and serene, babbling creek.
